AHRQ Seeking Medical Officers to Support the USPSTF

The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) is currently recruiting physicians to serve as full-time Medical Officers to support the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF). Medical Officers work closely with the USPSTF to provide logistic and scientific support as the Task Force develops evidence-based recommendations about clinical preventive services such as screenings, counseling services, and preventive medications. Successful candidates will have experience in evidence-based medicine and research on health care delivery and improvement; advanced training in preventive medicine, epidemiology, statistics, or research methods; and enjoy working as a member of a collaborative team.
