The next scheduled Long-Term Services and Support Open Door Forum

The next scheduled Long-Term Services and Support Open Door Forum is Tuesday, January 31st, 2:00-3:00pm ET. CMS will be presenting information on the Community First Choice State Plan Option, a home and community-based benefit package available to states to promote community integration.  The purpose of the CFC option is to provide individuals meeting an institutional level of care the opportunity to receive necessary personal attendant services (PAS) and supports in a home and community-based setting.  The agenda will be forthcoming with call information.
