Webinar: Home- and Community- Based Services (HCBS) Quality Measurement Tools

The Home and Community- Based Services (HCBS) Quality Measurement Tools webinar is the fourth event in ACL's HCBS quality informational webinar series. Join us on February 21st at 2pm EST to learn from Center for Medicaid and Medicare Services (CMS) experts about HCBS quality measurement tools. 

Agenda items will include background and progress updates on the HCBS Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) survey, the Experience of Care (EOC) Survey and the Functional Assessment Standardized Items (FASI), and how these tools can be used at state and local levels. The webinar will conclude with a brief question and answer session.
