Pediatric anesthesiology fellows' perception of quality of attending supervision and medical errors.

This survey study of pediatric anesthesiology fellows found a high rate of self-reported medication errors overall. The rate of reported errors did not differ among respondents with varying levels of supervision. The authors highlight the need to investigate and reduce the high rates of reported perioperative medication errors.
