CDC’s Division of Laboratory Sciences released new data to the
Fourth National Report on Human Exposure to
Environmental Chemicals, an ongoing biomonitoring assessment
of the U.S. population’s exposure to environmental chemicals.

The Updated Tables, July 2014 provides nationally-representative
biomonitoring data from CDC’s National Health and Nutrition
xamination Survey (NHANES) that has become available since the
publication of the Fourth Report in 2009.

Since publication of the Fourth Report, 210 chemicals have updated
tables and 88 chemicals have been added, for a total of 298 chemicals
presented in these Updated Tables. This release includes previous
updates to the tables and provides new data for some metals,
phthalates, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
