2015 Northwest Patient Safety Conference.

This annual conference will highlight patient safety activities in the region and facilitate discussions with experts from local organizations covering four themes: patient and family involvement, root cause analyses, medication safety, and provider communication which includes a workshop on TeamSTEPPS implementation.
