U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission Seeks Public Input by 4/20

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) is asking for public comments on which equal employment regulations should be changed, expanded, or eliminated. The Commission is reviewing its regulations per Presidential Executive Order 13563: “Improving Regulation and Regulatory Review.”
The review includes regulations related to employment of people with disabilities. The public is encouraged to submit comments on seven employment nondiscrimination laws. You can e-mail comments to Public.Comments.RegulatoryReview@eeoc.gov by April 20, 2015.
