The American Conference Institute (“ACI”) will hold its 26th FDA Boot Camp conference in Boston, Massachusetts from September 30 to October 1, 2015.  A copy of the conference program can be obtained here.  Hyman, Phelps & McNamara, P.C.’sKurt R. Karst will co-chair the event with Kleinfeld, Kaplan & Becker, LLP’s Scott M. Lassman.  The conference will include presentations from a virtual “who’s who list” of FDA regulatory experts on myriad topics, including the approval process, pre-approval concerns, product labeling, clinical trials, adverse events reporting, and patent and non-patent marketing exclusivity issues.
