The Skilled Nursing Facilities/Long Term Care Open Door Forum has been cancelled that was scheduled for January 21st, 2016.  The next SNF/LTC ODF call is scheduled for Thursday, March 3rd 2016.  Be on the lookout for the March SNF/LTC ODF agenda sometime the end of February.
