AHRQ Researcher Charts Systems’ Journeys to Become Health Literate
The book chapter, The Journey to Become a Health Literate Organization: A Snapshot of Health System Improvement, by AHRQ Researcher Cindy Brach, is now freely available on PubMed Central. The chapter explores the journey that a growing number of health systems are taking to become health literate and highlights the experiences of three health systems that have explicitly set a goal to become health literate.
