FDA to Extend Comment Period on Draft Guidance Regarding Declaration of Added Sugars on Honey, Maple Syrup, and Certain Cranberry Products

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration will be extending the comment period by 45 days on the draft guidance for industry about the declaration of added sugars on honey, maple syrup, and certain cranberry products.
The agency is taking this action in response to requests for additional time to submit comments. A Federal Register notice will be issued soon with the new comment period close date. When available, a link to the notice will be added to this Constituent Update.
