A National Web Conference on the Innovative Use of Technology to Enable Behavioral Changes in Hard-to-Reach Patients

Join AHRQ Thursday, September 13, 2012 from 2:30 to 4 pm EST to discuss the role of technology in enabling behavior change in hard-to-reach patients. This webinar will review methodologies, achievements, and lessons learned from initiatives that employed communication focused technologies to engage hard-to-reach populations. The expert panel will describe improved outcomes that may be seen in particular populations by deploying a clinical patient education system, telehealth and short message based (SMS) interventions. Lessons learned and ways in which the findings and achievements of these projects may be utilized in a local environment will be explored.

How to Obtain CME/CNE Credit
Participants will earn 1.5 contact credit hours for their participation if they attended the entire Web conference. Participants must complete an online evaluation in order to obtain a CE certificate. A link to the online evaluation system will be sent to participants who attend the Web Conference within 48 hours after the event.
