New This Week from HealthIT.gov

New This Week from HealthIT.gov
As you may have noticed, we have been taking steps to improve HealthIT.gov, including transferring the information that was previously found at HealthIT.hhs.govHealthIT.gov features the same information you may have already bookmarked, along with robust resources from across the government. The new HealthIT.gov contains the latest HealthIT news; consumer resources including the Blue Button, videos and fact sheets; Federal Advisory Committee meeting agenda and materials; Meaningful Use resources, standards and regulations; and research and adoption data you've come to expect. Content currently on the HealthIT.hhs.gov site will no longer be maintained. Please be sure to bookmark our new site, www.HealthIT.gov.
Check out some of our new and revised content:
  • Watch HealthIT Videos and video challenge content winners’ video to learn the benefits of health IT and how online, secure, access to your electronic health record can help you get the best care.
  • Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) which answer common questions related to health IT. Questions specific to EHR implementation can be found under the 'Implementing EHRs' topic areas – covering subtopics such as planning your approach and vendor selection. You may also use the FAQ search feature to quickly find topics of interest, comprehensive answers, and other related FAQs.
  • Federal Advisory Committee calendar now shows both Health IT Policy and Standards committees and workgroups meeting dates at a glance. You can navigate and select meetings from the calendar and access meeting materials more quickly.
Thank you for moving with us to a new and improved website to create, connect, and communicate the difference health IT is making to your health.
