New Data Available through the RDC

    National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES)

  • 2009-2010 Sodium, potassium, and chloride in casual urine Measurement of sodium, potassium, and chloride in a subset of stored casual urine samples from NHANES 2010.
  • 1988-1994 Urine Electrolytes Measurement of sodium, potassium, and chloride in a subset of stored casual urine samples from NHANES III (1988-1994).
  • 2003-2006 Urine Electrolytes Measurement of sodium, potassium, and chloride in a subset of stored casual urine samples from NHANES 2003-2006.

    National Health Care Surveys (NHCS)

  • Data from the 2012 National Electronic Health Records Survey are now available. Please refer to NAMCS and NHAMCS Restricted Data Available at the NCHS Research Data Center, see the RDC file layout, visit the RDC website, or contact the Ambulatory and Hospital Care Statistics Branch for more information.

    National Health Interview Survey (NHIS)

  • Preliminary microdata file for the January–June 2012 National Health Interview Survey (NHIS) A preliminary microdata file for the January–June 2012 National Health Interview Survey (NHIS) is now available through the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's (CDC) National Center for Health Statistics (NCHS) Research Data Centers (RDCs). NHIS data users can analyze this file without having to wait for the final annual NHIS microdata files to be released (in about June following the end of the data collection year).
