Webinar—Health System Transformation: The Changing Legal Landscape. CDC’s Public Health Law Program (PHLP) and the American Bar Association Health Law Section are co-hosting a three-part webinar series focused on three components of health system transformation: social impact bonds, workplace wellness programs, and electronic health information. The first webinar in the series will take place Wednesday, March 18, 2015, 1:00–2:30 pm (EDT) and will discuss the legal framework for social impact bonds.

Menu of Prescription Drug Time and Dosage Limit Laws. PHLP has published an inventory of state legal strategies addressing prescription drug time and dosage limit laws on the prescribing or dispensing of controlled substances. This menu includes laws that time limits such as supply per hour or day as well as the dosage units or number of pills allowable for a controlled substance.
