2017 CAHPS Health Plan Survey Database Submission Now Open

CAHPS^® Health Plan Survey Database Submission Now Open

CAHPS 5.0/5.0H Health Plan Survey users who administered the survey between October 2016 - June 2017 can now submit their data to the CAHPS Database June 5 – 23.

Data collected from surveys administered October 2016 - June 2017 will be accepted for the following survey versions:

• Adult Medicaid
• Child Medicaid (or CHIP) without the Children with Chronic Conditions Item Set
• Child Medicaid (or CHIP) with the Children with Chronic Conditions Item Set

All required items must be submitted no later than June 23.
