The Public Health Law Program (PHLP) is co-sponsoring a three-part webinar series with the American Health Lawyers Association called “The Intersection of Public Health and Healthcare: Healthcare Data and the Law in the 21st Century.” The first webinar will offer an overview of current trends in laws regarding electronic health records (EHR) and the legal and security concerns that have developed alongside EHRs. This webinar will provide a legal framework for implementing and operating EHR systems and identify cybersecurity concerns and how they can be mitigated.
