Hospitals administering AHRQ’s Hospital Survey on Patient Safety Culture can submit their data to the Comparative Database June 1-21. Participating hospitals will receive an individual feedback report comparing their results to aggregated, de-identified findings from all hospitals submitting data. Additionally, aggregated, de-identified findings will be presented in a Hospital Comparative Database Report showing average scores and percentiles for the survey items and composites measures. Hospitals will be able to use their own results to identify strengths as well as opportunities for improvement. Only hospitals in the U.S. or U.S. territories are eligible to submit data.
