Disasters and emergencies can happen anywhere, at any time. SAMHSA's Disaster Technical Assistance Center (DTAC) supports SAMHSA's efforts to prepare states, territories, tribes, and local entities to deliver an effective mental and substance use disorders (behavioral health) response to disasters.
