It’s one essential component to achieving interoperability of health data. The goal of the challenge is to bring about transparency and data on the performance of existing patient matching algorithms, spur the adoption of performance metrics for patient data matching algorithm vendors, and positively impact other aspects of patient matching. Winning submissions will receive up to 6 cash prizes totaling $75,000. Visit the Patient Matching Algorithm Challenge website to learn more and sign up for the challenge.
