Clinician Support: Building a Program, Simulation and Role Play, Lessons Learned and Sustainability.

Medical errors can have profound emotional effects on the clinicians and staff involved. This multidisciplinary workshop will offer insights for building a peer support program, use simulations to illustrate best practices for responding to second victims, and review a toolkit to help organizations design a clinician support initiative.
