Prioritization and Identification of Health IT Patient Safety Measures.

Health information technology (IT) has been widely viewed as a solution to augment the quality and safety of care, but studies have demonstrated unintended consequences associated with its use. This program willassess current health IT concerns and design a framework to reduce risks and measure progress. The deadline to nominate an individual for the committee is October 30, 2014.
