How Do Innovations in Health Care Delivery Affect Patient Experience?

The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality’s CAHPS researchers are currently investigating how innovations in care delivery affect patient experience in patient-centered medical homes and community health centers. Another objective of ongoing research is to better understand how hospitals and other providers are using information on patient experience from CAHPS surveys.
