Connect, Collaborate, Communicate: The Story of the EDM Forum | Academy Health
A new report from Academy Health explains how the AHRQ-funded Electronic Data Methods Forum helped tackle important challenges to using electronic health data to improve health care, such as data governance, data sharing, methods and analytics. The EDM Forum brought together clinical informatics innovators and other diverse audiences to set research priorities and disseminate findings, including solutions that are documented in more than 400 freely accessible analytic products and resources. First established in 2010, the EDM Forum now includes more than 4,000 participants and has led to eGEMs, a peer-reviewed, open access journal.
