This series of webcasts seeks to educate the news and entertainment media about the best terminology and language to use, as well as how to accurately portray individuals with substance use disorders. The webcasts, produced by SAMHSA in partnership with the Entertainment Industries Council, feature discussions among behavioral health professionals, entertainment creators, and people in recovery from substance use disorders.
