AHRQ’s health IT research on personal health information management will be featured during National Health IT Week. Researchers from the University of Wisconsin-Madison have begun to identify how people organize and maintain their personal health information through in-depth interviewing techniques and the use of specialized laser scanning and 3D visualization techniques. The goals of this project are create new knowledge that will help to develop new ways to bring health information technology safely into the home.
