November 2015 CMS National Training Program Update

Marketplace Open Enrollment Marketplace Open Enrollment started on November 1. This is the time when new consumers can shop for and select a Marketplace health plan. Current Marketplace consumers can come back, shop and compare their current plan with others available in their area for 2016 and select the plan that’s right for them. Plans in the Health Insurance Marketplace change every year, and new, better and more affordable plans might be available.
