Each course is team-taught by a volunteer chef and nutrition educator and covers meal preparation, grocery shopping, food budgeting and nutrition. This webinar will cover some of the fundamental food skills taught in Cooking Matters courses, including resources available to you like the Smart Phone App with recipes!
