To learn more about the topic of this Webinar, read the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality’s recently published Chartbook on Healthy Living, which highlights trends across measures of Healthy Living from the 2014 National Healthcare Quality and Disparities Report. In conjunction with this release, the National Quality Strategy published a Priority in Action featuring the Boston Children’s Hospital Community Asthma Initiative, which was developed to address disparities in pediatric asthma hospitalizations and improve the health and quality of life of children with asthma and their families.
