Join Us for the Upcoming MONAHRQ 6.0 Build 2 Release Webinar
The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) is pleased to announce an upcoming webinar on August 5th from 4-5 PM ET to demonstrate an updated version of MONAHRQ, Version 6.0 Build 2, which is set for release around August 1st. NOTE: This is the last major release until MONAHRQ 7.0 (expected in Spring 2016). The star for MONAHRQ 6.0 Build 2 is the newly designed, consumer-oriented website. This new website represents the most consumer-friendly MONAHRQ design to-date, and has been thoroughly tested with consumer audiences with their input being worked into the final design.

In addition to the new consumer website, other MONAHRQ 6.0 Build 2 enhancements include:
- New Side-By-Side Display of Cost and Quality for Hip Replacement – As part of the consumer-website template, this new report focuses on a procedure that is of interest to consumers, is growing in use, and varies widely in cost. The report shows cost and utilization information alongside quality results for the AHRQ QI measure Hip Replacement Mortality Rate (IQI-14).
- New CMS Measures — MONAHRQ can now help you easily report on eight more CMS Hospital Compare measures including COPD mortality rate, 30-day readmission rates for COPD and for hip or knee replacements, hysterectomy and colon surgical site infection rates, patient experience of care transitions, safe surgery checklist use, and complication rate for hip or knee surgery.
- Usability Enhancements — Based on feedback from MONAHRQ users, the data import, export and editing processes have been improved to create a more intuitive and efficient experience.
