NCPDP 2014 Data Dictionary Available in USHIK's Standards Portal
AHRQ’s USHIK website has added the April 2014 NCPDP Data Dictionary to the Standards portal.
The updated data dictionary includes NCPDP’s Data Elements and Permissible Values, Reject Codes, and Standards.
To view the data elements in USHIK, select Data Elements from the Standards portal menu bar and apply filters to narrow your selection to the 04-2014 NCPDP data. Standards and Reject Codes for specific files can be viewed by selecting either of those items from the menu bar.
USHIK is an on-line, publicly accessible registry and repository of healthcare related data, metadata, and standards. USHIK is funded and directed by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) with management support and partnership from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's (CDC) National Center for Health Statistics.
