CMS Issues new guidance to States and Manufacturers

Last week, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) released guidance to states and manufacturers through State Release #180 and Manufacturer Release #104 to provide clarification on Medicaid reimbursement and rebates for drugs purchased through the Federal Supply Schedule (FSS). These releases are now available for download at the following link: https://www.medicaid.gov/medicaid/prescription-drugs/program-releases/index.html
