Early Bird Winner for health reform video contest announced

In late August, Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Kathleen Sebelius announced the launch of the Healthy Young America Video Contest. Today, Secretary Sebelius is announcing HHS’ first winner in the contest, Jason Girouard from Brimfield, Mass. Girouard’s video called "We are not invincible, we are human" took home our early bird prize of $1,500. The early bird submission deadline was September 2.
