Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) sent this bulletin at 08/19/2013 01:42 PM EDTToday, on CDC’s Safe Healthcare Blog, Andrew Wiese, an Epidemiology Fellow at the Tennessee Department of Health discusses six separate outbreaks of Adenovirus-associated epidemic keratoconjunctivitis in four different states. These outbreaks were mainly associated with outpatient eye care and are reported in this week’s Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report.
