Pennsylvania Champions for Coverage partner with Obama administration to help Americans understand the Health Insurance Marketplace August 22, 2013 Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Kathleen Sebelius today recognized more than 25 Pennsylvania organizations and businesses that have volunteered to help uninsured Americans get coverage through the Health Insurance Marketplace.
