The Health IT Policy Committee's Privacy and Security Tiger Team will be considering potential privacy and security policy issues regarding the access to patient information through the Certified EHR Technology "view/download/transmit" (V/D/T) capabilities by a patient's family members or friends, or a legal designee, at its next meeting onFebruary 10th from 2:00 to 3:30 pm EST. To further inform this discussion, the Tiger Team is seeking public input on any issue related to this topic.
