Data Submission for AHRQ Hospital Survey

Data Submission for the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) Hospital Survey on Patient Safety Culture Comparative Database will be open June 1-19 to hospitals that have administered the patient safety culture survey. The Comparative Database is a central repository for the survey data. Hospitals that submit to the database will receive a customized feedback report comparing their hospital’s patient safety culture survey results to the overall comparative database.
