Institute for Clinical Systems Improvement- Perioperative protocol: percentage of appropriate surgical patients who have their site marked by the surgeon in preop with his/her initials. This updates a previously published measure summary.
- Perioperative protocol: percentage of infection in patients undergoing clean surgery. This updates a previously published measure summary.
