AHRQ Quality Indicators Technical Support Transition

Dear AHRQ QI user:
Effective June 5, 2014 through July 16, 2014, AHRQ QI Technical Support will be transitioning to a new system and AHRQ will have limited resources available to assist you with your QI questions. As a result, during this period of transition the QI Technical Support Team will continue to respond to inquiries related to WinQI, SAS, and Prediction Module installation and processing for versions 4.5 and 4.5a only. However, we will be unable to respond to inquiries related to empirical and risk-adjustment methodologies, documentation, theoretical or historical questions about the indicators, software versions prior to 4.5 and comparisons with other quality measurement systems. For these categories of inquiries, please resend your question(s) to the Technical Support mailbox after July 16, 2014 and we will address them in the order received.
