Proposed revisions for diagnostic imaging services requirements.

Diagnostic imaging has been associated with risks of patient harm. This call for comments seeks insights from the field to develop new standards to guide safe use of computed tomography and other imaging services, with emphasis on enhancing staff competency and dose documentation. The deadline for submitting comments is October 24, 2014.
