The Check and Report Ebola (CARE) Kit is for travelers to the U.S. who are arriving from Guinea, Liberia, Mali, or Sierra Leone. It contains tools to help these travelers do daily health checks for the next 21 days.

  Travelers from Guinea, Liberia, Mali, and Sierra Leone will receive a CARE (Check And Report Ebola) Kit when they arrive in the United States.
• 
  A digital thermometer is included in the Ebola CARE Kit. Travelers who develop a temperature of 100.4 degrees farenheit (38 degrees Celsius) or higher, should call their state health department.
• 
  The Ebola CARE Kit 21-day Symptom Card and Log.
• 
  Ebola CARE Kit wallet cards with symptom guidance and contact information.
