The CMS Division of Training invites CMS partners to a session entitled “Eligibility Appeals Process Overview for the Federally-Facilitated Marketplace” on Wednesday, January 28, 2015, from 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm ET.
Consumers who disagree with certain coverage determinations made by the Marketplace have the right to ask for an appeal. This presentation will review the process for appealing a Marketplace eligibility determination in the Federally-facilitated Marketplace.
