On February 5, 2015, the IOM Roundtable on Population Health Improvement will host a workshop that explores the relationship between
public health and health care in different contexts and with an examination of opportunities, challenges, and practical lessons.
This workshop is being hosted in partnership with the ASTHO-Supported Primary Care and Public Health Collaborative, which was organized in response to the 2012 Institute of Medicine report Primary Care and Public Health: Exploring Integration to Improve Population Health.
