10:00 a.m.: Federal Strategy for Consumer eHealth
ONC's Office of Policy Director Jodi Daniel (@JodiDaniel) and Consumer eHealth Director Lana Moriarty (@LMoriarty1) will discuss the Federal strategy to advance consumer engagement via eHealth, new research about consumers' expectations and use of health IT; strategies doctors and other providers can use to increase patient engagement with their own health data; the use of patient portals and the advancement of the #BlueButton initiative. Chartese Day (@CharteseDay), ONC's Director of the Office of Public Affairs and Communications, and Lana Moriarty (@LMoriarty1), director of ONC's Office of Consumer eHealth, will be holding office hours at the @ONC_HealthIT booth (6436) in the Federal Health IT Pavilion North Hall B beginning at 11:00 a.m. Stop by and learn how we are working with stakeholders and getting the word out about how health IT advances a learning health system that delivers better health, spends health care dollars more wisely and results in a healthier nation.

ONC and CMS are continuing the discussion on the #MU3 and #2015Edition proposed rules with a joint presentation. Join our Office of Policy Director Jodi Daniel (@JodiDaniel) and Michael Lipinski, division director, Federal Policy and Regulatory Affairs, along with CMS meaningful use experts, Robert Anthony, CMS, Deputy Director, Quality Measurement and Health Assessment Group, and Elisabeth Myers, CMS, Policy Lead, EHR Incentive Programs, to hear about the new proposed rules. The session begins at 11:30 a.m. in room S102D and you won't want to miss it!

ONC Acting Deputy National Coordinator Dr. Jon White will hold office hours at the@ONC_HealthIT booth (6436) in North Hall B of the Federal Health IT Pavilion starting at 11:30 a.m. Dr. White will be joined by Alex Bohl from Mathematica Policy Research, who studies scoring and risk-adjustment methodologies for hospital quality reporting and evaluates programs aimed to transition persons from long-term care facilities to the community.
1:00 p.m.: HIMSS Innovator-In-Residence Office Hours
Adam Culbertson, the HIMSS innovator-in-residence and NIH researcher, will hold office hours the @ONC_HealthIT booth (6436) in the North Hall B of the Federal Health IT Pavilion beginning at 1:00 p.m. Swing by and learn how health IT can spur innovation in health care delivery.
1:00 p.m.: Health IT and Safety & Quality Session
ONC's Jodi Daniel (@JodiDaniel), director of the Office of Policy, and Dr. Andrew Gettinger, Chief Medical Information Officer and acting director for the Office of Clinical Quality and Safety, will talk about safety, quality and give an update on ONC's health IT safety plan and safety center. Learn how health IT can be used safely during the 1:00 p.m. session in room W190A.
1:00 p.m.: #PrecisionMedicine Listening Session
ONC Acting Deputy National Coordinator Dr. Jon White will hold a listening session beginning at 1:00 p.m. about President Obama's #PrecisionMedicine initiative, which will pioneer a new model of patient-powered research that promises to accelerate biomedical discoveries and provide clinicians with new tools, knowledge, and therapies to select which treatments will work best for which patients. Drop by the @ONC_HealthIT booth (6436) in North Hall B of the Federal Health IT Pavilion to hear from Dr. White about ONC's role in #PrecisionMedicine.
1:30 p.m.: ONC Innovator-In-Residence Office Hours
ONC's Innovator-in-Residence Catherine Costa will hold a listening session at 1:30 p.m. about patient matching, data quality and maturity modelling. The session is being held inroom W23BC, so stop by!
