Webinar on Care Coordination Quality Scheduled for May 12—Save the Date

This Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ)-sponsored webinar will focus on a new set of measures of care coordination for children with medical complexity. It will feature a presentation by Rita Mangione-Smith, MD, of Seattle Children’s Research Institute. Dr. Mangione-Smith developed the measure set through an award from the AHRQ-Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Children’s Health Insurance Reauthorization Act (CHIPRA) Pediatric Quality Measures Program. In addition to Dr. Mangione-Smith, the webinar will include presentations from two users of the measures:  Dr. David Bergman at Stanford and Dr. Valerie Harder of the National Improvement Partnership Network. The webinar will be held May 12, 2015, from 1:30-3 pm EDT/10:30-12 pm PDT. Registration will be open soon, and details will be posted on a future issue of this bulletin.
