Description
The Public Health Check-Up Tool provides frontline health organizations with an opportunity to improve the health of the communities they serve. This tool can help programs identify their public health quality strengths, which they can share with their partners, funders, and policymakers. In addition, the tool helps programs identify their quality improvement goals, which can be used for strategic planning. The tool comprises a 15-minute online assessment that guides frontline health programs through the nine aims of public health quality, as defined by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
