New results from AHRQ's CAHPS® Clinician and Group Survey are now available at www.cahpsdatabase.ahrq.gov/
cahpsidb. Results are based on voluntary submission of survey data to the CAHPS Database by health systems, medical practices, and other survey sponsors administering the CAHPS Clinician & Group Surveys. The 2014 CG-CAHPS Database includes 798,967 patient experience survey responses submitted by 3,962 medical practices. Top-box scores (the most positive survey response) are generally consistent across the three survey types. Notable exceptions are higher scores for the Access and Provider Communication composites among the Child 12 and 6-month/PCMH combined survey responses, and higher Office Staff scores for the Adult 12 and 6-month/PCMH combined survey responses. Users can view the results via an online reporting system, Chartbook or research data files.
Online Reporting System - Web-based platform for viewing summary-level comparative results of CAHPS surveys. Allows users to view top box scores, frequency distributions, bar charts, and percentiles for these surveys. Users can also use a Report Builder feature to create custom downloadable reports at www.cahpsdatabase.ahrq.gov/
