Johnson, president and CEO, Institute for Patient- and Family-Centered Care; Alice M. Rivlin, Ph.D., director of the Health Policy Center, Brookings Institution; and Bruce Siegel, M.D., M.P.H., president and CEO of America’s Essential Hospitals.
