The 2015 conference for AHRQ researchers and experts in health care and policy will feature the theme of "Producing Evidence and Engaging Partners to Improve Health Care." The session will highlight current work supporting efforts toward achieving safe, high-quality care in the United States and include sessions on topics such as patient safety measurement, diagnostic errors, health care simulation as a safety strategy, AHRQ's major patient safety initiatives and the first decade of patient safety organizations.
