Physician Consortium for Performance Improvement®- Chronic stable coronary artery disease: percentage of patients aged 18 years and older with a diagnosis of coronary artery disease seen within a 12 month period for whom there are documented results of an evaluation of level of activity AND an evaluation of presence or absence of anginal symptoms in the medical record. This updates a previously published measure summary.
- Chronic stable coronary artery disease: percentage of patients aged 18 years and older with a diagnosis of coronary artery disease seen within a 12 month period who also have diabetes or a current of prior left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) less than 40% who were prescribed angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor or angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB) therapy. - Chronic stable coronary artery disease: percentage of patients aged 18 years and older with a diagnosis of coronary artery disease seen within a 12 month period who also have prior myocardial infarction (MI) or a current or prior left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) less than 40% who were prescribed beta-blocker therapy.
